Review: My trainer is awsome. He motivates me with my lifting, endurance, and conditioning. Can you imagine I'm 66 years old, a double lung transplant patient (just gg on 2yrs). My trainer has brought me a long way with my strength.

Review: Jason is by far the best trainer you could ask for. He is a great guy, who motivates you to push beyond you're limits. If you are looking to either gain muscle or lose weight, Jason will help you step by step in succeeding you're goal. I had many personal trainers before, and I could truly say Jason is the only one that I felt knows what he's doing. I highly recommend him to anyone who is willing to work hard and get results.

Review: Go to Jason when you’re ready for results. He doesn’t have you doing a bunch of exercises where you’re contorting your body into ridiculous positions. With Jason it’s about science, logic, and hard work. He gives you a diet. He has you doing a lot of the “basics” – bench press, pull-ups, squats (this is for guys – his routine is different for women). The genius is in the execution. Jason knows your limit, and he knows how to consistently push you 10-20% beyond it, week after week. Jason isn’t about creating “fun” exercise routines. He thinks results are fun. So do I. You’ve tried doing things your way; how’s that working for you? Try Jason’s way.
